Flower-decorated cloisonné enamel on copper planter with copper alloy mount, China, 19th century The bowl is decorated in polychrome cloisonné enamel with lotus flowers in the Ming style and foliage on a turquoise background. The foot and top of the jardinière are decorated with a frieze of small flowers. It stands on a copper-alloy frame with four stylized dragon chi feet, joined by an openwork frieze of flowers and foliage. The inside of the bowl is lined with a brass container topped with an openwork frieze of flowers and ruyi heads. Height: 23.5 cm
