KLINGENTHAL MANUFACTURE early 20th century Set of twelve cheese knives, the steel blades engraved with hunting scenes in wooded surroundings framing a medallion featuring the interlaced letters MR (probably the recipient of this order). All faces are engraved with different decorations, some signed Charles WOLFF, the last engraver and director of the factory. The handles are ebony with a silver ferrule.
