PARIS circa 1824 - 1848 Two sets of table knives with chrome-plated round-tipped blades marked TOURON in Paris, the handles in ivory with sides, twelve engraved FB in Gothic characters, and six of a slightly different model marked on the blade: TOURON FOURNISSEUR DU ROI, engraved AR. They are housed in a case bearing the cutler's label: TOURON Fournisseur des Palais Royaux. Condition: mostly cracks to the ivory.
