First edition of this album with a preface by Jean Cassou, comprising a text and 5 original lithographs by Russian-born painter and lithographer Léopold SURVAGE (1879-1968), printed by Imprimerie Mourlot between 1966 and 1968. Each print is signed by the artist and bears the studio stamp. Limited edition of 235 copies on vellum, numbered and signed by the publisher at the justification, including the lithographs printed on Arches vellum. This is one of 75 for the German edition. The texts are in French. A very well preserved copy.
