Three portraits on paper, North India, early 20th century Gouaches and gold on paper, the first two under the same frame depicting a man and a woman standing, richly dressed in flower-embroidered cloth secured by a gold belt, both looking to the left, a morchal peacock-feathered chaser in one hand, a bouquet of three white flowers in the other. The third portrait shows a full-length woman facing left, wearing a long blue pleated skirt with gold braids, a light pink muslin veil secured to the top of her skull by a rosette-shaped jewel. She holds a golden element in her right hand and a white flower in her left. Mounted in several alternating pink, blue and gold frames. Framed.
