Light cavalry officer's saber. Fully watermarked handle. Single-prong hilt with two shuttle-shaped pommels. Curved quillon towards the tip. Curved blade with flat back, counter-edge and hollow sides, engraved on the heel (oxidation). Wooden scabbard, three brass fittings, four splints and two rings. E.M. Circa 1790-1800 (repair to bolt).
