JEAN DESPRÉS (1889-1980) Rare modernist silver brooch. The large rectangular base, with two central indentations adorned with small spheres, receives a slightly raised, entirely hammered plate, housing the decoration of a wide barrette held in place by three smooth treated clasps. Signed J. DESPRÉS at the point on the back and bearing the Master Goldsmith and guarantee marks on the reverse. Weight : 30 g Provenance : - Former Mr. and Mrs. P.
