Goldsmith : Charles BALAINE, registered in 1829
H : 25 cm
Rare specimen in perfect state of silvering, without glare with the cut crystal with two reasons. After 1831, and the arrival of the silvering with the electrolysis, the doubled and plated metal of which certain goldsmiths had made the speciality was gradually abandoned.
