Letter from the viscount of Conches and the lawyers and procurators of the bailliage of Évreux, concerning the request of the inhabitants of the parishes of Fidelaire, Sébécourt, Sainte-Marthe, Sainte-Marguerite and Beaubray, enclosed in the forest of Conches, wanting to be held free of the rights of relief and thirteenth; it is proposed that they be obliged to pay the thirteenth in the future, but that they not claim the arrears.
