Beautiful correspondence, friendly and pathetic, where we follow the deterioration of her health, the artist's fight for the Carnet de santé, and the writer's work (Sangs, Le Crime...). The letters are written from the rue du Cherche-Midi, from Bréhal, Malesherbes, from the hospital of Senonches, from the retirement home of Longny au Perche... The manuscripts are chronicles of the Hospice de campagne (Un bon fils, La conteuse, Le joli porteur d'eau, Réveil, Révolution, Les jarretières...), and Le Malade vous parle (Hospice de campagne, Vieilleries et guenilles, V'là du pain...). We join tracts for conferences (some annotated) for the Health book or the vote of the women, announcements of publication of Sangs, etc.
