It is subtitled "une hostobiographie". At the head of the book, Boudard wrote this autograph dedication: "for Pierre Lhoste the last work of the artist! in all friendship. A. Boudard 11.XI.72 ". With L.A.S. of sending (1 p. in-4), at the same date: " Dear friend, I would have liked to offer you the manuscript of the Hospital. Unfortunately I have already offered it to a friend... I hope all the same that these two pieces will not make too bad a figure in your "museum"... The corrected proofs of La Métamorphose des cloportes (Plon, 1962), a complete set of 30 plates with autograph corrections (and some additions), with a.s. dispatch to Pierre Lhoste "in memory of our first meeting"... - Plus an album (Arbres 15) with a page a.s. from Boudard about the arrival of General Patton at Mars-la-Tour in September 1944.
