The Minister having decided that "All the Students and Agents of the School who refused the oath or who modified it, or who even made their withdrawal and who were temporarily excluded by the Directory of the School are definitively excluded as unworthy of profiting from the republican Education which was granted to them by the government". Guinaud Jeune is therefore permanently excluded and must return his admission card as soon as possible, without the need to call in the police.
