Pierre Robin, "merchant of silk cloths", received 240 livres from Pierre de La Bruyère, adviser and silversmith of His Majesty, "for the black velvet saincture that he provided [...] to put around the sepulture of the late King"... January 31, 1614. Pierre Robin received from the same person the sum of 30 500 livres, for his supplies "as much because of the mourning and burial of the late King as of the emmeublemens which were made for the present King reigning of the King his mother and also for our lords and ladies the enffans of France because of the mourning of the late King"...
