Model of an arcature from the Alhambra, Spain, probably Granada, late 19th century Carved stucco panel, painted in polychrome and gilded, presenting a stuccoed arcature inspired by the Alhambra palaces with a poly-lobed cutout lined with muqarnas and resting on pillars with geometric decoration of alicatado ceramic mosaic. Around, stucco panels carved with a floral decoration in the spandrels, epigraphic in the frame, and a frieze of medallions containing a rose window or the coat of arms of the Nasrids on the upper lintel. The inscriptions in cursive Arabic give the Nasrid motto "Only God is victorious".
