[TORAH] Silver plate, engraved around the edge with a floral frieze and in the center with a dedication inscription. It was probably used as an ornament for a Torah scroll and bears a dedication in Hebrew to the memory of Moshe Bentolila son of Shmuel who died in 1917. It is accompanied by a second rectangular silver plate which bears an inscription in Hebrew announcing that the Torah scroll on which it is affixed is the first to be issued. This second plate bears a dedication in Hebrew to the memory of Yaakov Bentata and his wife Louna.
