PARIS 1698 - 1699 Silver tripod chocolate pot. The feet with scrolls with cut out attachments, the cover with dome finished by a swivelling button in toupie. The turned wooden handle is screwed into a long hood with an escutcheon attachment. Master silversmith : Sébastien LEBLOND, received in 1675 (still working in 1715) Stamped with the hallmark of the master silversmith on each foot, the spout, inside the hood, the thumb rest in two places and there inside the swivel knob.
