First edition of this poetic collection by the poet and engraver Antoine Monnier, illustrated by the author with 20 original etchings outside the text, both symbolist and fantastic. Edition at 350 copies. This one is one of the 30 on China paper, including two states of the engravings, in bistre and in black. A very nice copy, well preserved despite some foxing and slight rubbing to the covers. Case damaged.
