Third edition or second printing of the second edition, published only 3 days after the latter and in the same year as the very rare original which had been printed at only 100 copies not put in the market. It was printed entirely on wove paper. A very nice copy in contemporary binding. It bears the signature of one of the members of the famous "La Tour du Pin" family on the endpapers. Spine slightly faded. Important rubbing at the bottom of the first cover of the first volume, epidermis on the second cover of the same volume. Some traces of rubbing, lower corners slightly dulled. Some foxing.
