It was printed in Pau and succeeds those published in Lascar in 1633 and in Orthez in 1676. It would have been printed in only 600 copies. Copy bearing on the title the signature of Castaing-Foix. It is most probably the lawyer and royal apostolic notary of the diocese of Lescar Jean-Baptiste de Castaing-Foix. A note certainly in his hand covers the first guard, referring to the deliberations of 1710 and 1718 held in Lescar on the Béarnaise language, and on a decree of 1706 concerning the receivers of sizes. A good copy in contemporary binding. Note by Castaing-Foix largely erased on the first cover. The indications on the back are later. Some foxing.
