Qmejja bridal dress, Tunisia, probably Hammamet, late 19th century Rectangular sleeveless tunic with open collar, made of cotton with stitched polychrome woven silk braids on both sides of a large central plastron made of a silver thread net decorated with floral motifs in sequins, some flowers with a red pearl in the heart. The decoration extended to the neck probably in purple felt. Height : 82 cm ; length : 70 cm Stains.
