Very nice and rare proof printed in brown on strong white vellum, from the 1st state (of 2) before color, signed, dated and titled in pencil. Slight oxidation and light marginal foxing as well as two fine folds of the print. Small tears and traces of glue in the corners on the reverse. All margins.
