Four koumiyya daggers, Morocco, 19th-20th century- The first with a fine engraved wooden handle finished in a gendarme hat in engraved silver metal, niello and brass, curved double-edged blade, four perforations and a small engraved animal motif, the scabbard in brass and silver engraved and nielloed with a geometrical decoration, L total: 41 cm; - the second with gendarme hat handle and brass scabbard on the back, silver metal engraved with vegetal decoration on the face, a ring with yellow and green enamelled decoration at the base of the handle, double-edged steel blade, L. the third with wooden handle and engraved silver metal fittings, curved double-edged blade engraved with a snake and engraved and embossed silver scabbard flanked by two rings connected by a braided shoulder strap, L. total : 44 cm ; - the last one with horn or bone handle and scabbard and engraved silver metal fittings, curved double-edged blade, L. total : 42 cm ; good general condition, shoulder strap missing on three.
