Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec (1864-1901 ) Poster for the suite "Elles". 1896. Lithograph. 460 x 585 [500 x 650]. Delteil 179; Wittrock 155-3. Printed in colors. Nice proof with the letter, on thin cream vellum. Small dots of regularly repeated red ink discharge, forming thin horizontal bands, noticeable especially in the whites of the sheet - presumably caused by poor cleaning of the press rake. Minimal tears and creases at the edges of the sheet (most pronounced in the upper left corner). All margins (the bottom one measuring 75 mm).
