One of the most sought-after issues of Verve, illustrated on the cover with a lithograph specially made for the book by Georges Braque, and inside with several dozen lithographs by Henri MATISSE, Henri LAURENS, Alberto GIACOMETTI, André MASSON, Fernand LÉGER, Joan MIRÓ, Francisco BORÈS, Marcel GROMAIRE and Marc CHAGALL. Spine browned, slight tears at the hinges, corners slightly dulled, traces and remnants of scotch tape at the linings and on the endpapers.
