Officer's saber of horse hunter type 1792 . Brass mounting. Cap with long tail. Guard with a branch and two diamond-shaped auricles. Curved blade with flat back, counter-edge and hollow sides (pitting). Wooden scabbard covered with leather, (damaged), with two large cut brass fittings and two rings. Iron sting. E.M.
