The case opens with a flap (re)covered with parchment with an original brown leather grip and saddle stitching. The top, suspended and deeply chamfered on its underside, is partially encircled by a raised molding and receives a brown leather top (replaced). The tray of the base receives, in each of its corners, a caster with metal structure. Condition and restorations of use, parchment of the flap and leather of the tray changed, the fixings of the casters repainted in black.
