It opens with an index of localities (6 p.); follows, on more than a hundred pages, the list of persons, with the precise statement of accounts, over several years, with the date, the quantities of wine brought, and the price: and sometimes, at the head, the heading "new wines". Thus (p. 8): "Mr Montaffié hoste de la Croix blanche à Longny. From December 23, 1666. Delivered to the cart driver of the said Sieur Montaffié two pippes of wine of the Vauduloir worth one hundred and four livres which owes cy 104 ll ".... The localities are : Beaumont, Bazoches, Bellême, Champeaux, Condé, Courgeon, La Louppe, Longny, Mamers, Mortagne, Mauves, Neufchatel, Tourouvre, etc.
