Title at the bottom and signature "H. D." at the bottom right. This portrait depicts the Emperor in a three-quarter bust, arms crossed, bareheaded, in the uniform of a colonel of the Imperial Guard foot grenadiers. The Immortal Man. 19 x 12 cm on a 25 x 20 cm sheet (small crack in the perforation, and restored marginal lack). Title in the upper part and, under the portrait, a quatrain also realized with the needle: " He lived, he conquered, favorite of the glory His glance made tremble the kings of the universe He knew how to make walk in front of him the victory Tearful memory! He died in irons". The Emperor is represented in profile, in the same uniform, wearing his bicorn and two decorations.
