Two ceremonial capes, Kutch, India or Afghanistan, 20th century Semi-circular capes in black cotton twill amply embroidered with coloured cotton threads in predominantly yellow with fringed cruciform motifs. Decorated with a few applications of buttons or metal plates. 155 x 270 cm (fringes) and 145 x 255 cm (pendants) One faded in places.
