La Madone à la chaise, circa 1850 Folded fan, the double sheet in brown gouache paper. Cut-out white mother-of-pearl frame, carved and engraved with bouquets of flowers and scrolls. In the center, an oval medallion is engraved with the Virgin and the Child Jesus after the famous work of Raphael "La Vierge à la chaise", currently exhibited at the Pitti Palace in Florence. It has kept its rare label allowing to attribute it to the workshop "Toupillier in Ste Geneviève (Oise)". H.t. 27 cm-H.f. 5 cm (small accidents, small missing parts)
