Alain BANCQUART (born 1934). Autograph musical manuscript signed, Ma manière d'oiseau for flute and 8 instruments, [1978] ; title and 22 leaves 37,5 x 27,5 cm (printed title pasted at the head of the manuscript). Piece for solo flute and eight instruments, premiered by Christian Lardé (flute) and the Ars Nova ensemble under the direction of Marius Constant at the Divonne-les-Bains Festival in 1978. In addition to the solo flute, the instrumental line-up includes oboe, clarinet, bass clarinet, percussion, harp, piano, violin, viola, and cello. The manuscript is carefully written in India ink on 24-line tracing paper. It bears at the end the indication: "Duration: about 13 minutes".
