Very nice and fresh proof on strong ivory laid paper, of the 3rd state (out of 7), before the new sizes, notably in the sky, annotated in pencil "N° 1 - 3rd state", signed then annotated "Potato harvest". Fine band of oxidation around the subject. General oxidation of the folio (with small white traces at the head on the back). All margins. Rare. Final state edition of a dozen proofs. Ex-coll. K.
