CHARLOTTE PERRIAND (1903-1999 )Berger, high version of the low model initially designed in [1953] for the house of Jacques Martin in Tokyo . Proof in blackened mahogany. The seat is slightly hollow and mounted with tongues; the three legs are tapered. Condition of use, scratches, shocks, the upper part of a foot restored earlier making it slightly shorter. This work was received as a present from Mrs Myriam Prévost and Mr Gildo Caputo (owners of the gallery at that time).
