PAUL DUPRÉ-LAFON (1900-1971) Office armchair (re)upholstered in fawn leather; the legs in Macassar ebony. The front legs are sabre-shaped and continue to the front of the armrest. Each leg has an ormolu hoof ending in a scroll and a capital also in ormolu. The curved backrest is extended by armrests, each with a slightly overhanging cuff. Circa 1950. Condition and restorations, leather upholstery not original, missing a washer on one of the capitals of the front legs.
