Beautiful Swiss officer's set of the 3rd Dragon Squadron comprising :- Pair of epaulettes in amaranth sheet with rush and two silver metal stars. Embroidered silver braid with amaranth net. - Shako covered with black taupe felt, with cap and varnished visor. Openwork plate with the number 3, rush, chinstrap attachments to the lion's whelp and chinstrap bracelet, lined in silvery metal leather. Horsehair egret with silver plated metal base. Leather and moire inner cap. - Leather-covered transport box with old travel label lined with ticking (small accident at the closing strap). B.E. Circa 1860-1880.
