Double number, 33-34, forming volume VIII of the review Verve, "devoted to the complete reproduction in heliogravure of the 105 plates engraved in etching by Marc CHAGALL (1887-1985) between 1930 and 1955, for the illustration of the Bible". In addition and especially for the book, the artist composed 16 lithographs in colour and 12 in black, as well as the cover and title page, printed by Mourlot frères. A very well preserved copy.
