DENMARK 1737Silver teapot engraved on the body between two foliated bands on an amati background in two adjoining medallions: "Wenskabs Minde" (Remembrance of Friendship). The hingeless lid is topped by a socket depicting a ball on a chiselled leafy terrace. A long tubular spout is attached at the half of the body. The handle in turned wood is riveted on a hood fixed by a circle to the body. Inside the teapot, four hooks are used to hang a tea strainer (missing).
