Faïbich Schraga ZARFIN (1899-1975)Stained glass, 1957Oil on canvas. Signed lower right. 81 x 60 cm ". Climate of vision, of prophetic revelation. In the background: people, houses, a representative fragment of all the reality concerned by the vicissitudes of the great drama of Universal History. The forces of salvation act in the souls of the characters in the foreground, one of whom speaks, while the others listen . The differences of the confessions have just been overcome. The Knowledge of the Creator of the Universe has begun to invade souls as the waves of the sea flood a land at the time of high tide. The crowd will soon become aware of this and will rejoice" (Text by Ernest Fraenkel, Ibidem).
