Senior cuirassier officer's sword of the 1st "Queen's" regiment. Fully watermarked fuse. Gilded brass mount. Round pommel, decorated with a chiselled fleur-de-lys. One-branch guard. Chiselled keyboard " Aux Armes de Frances " and " Armes de Savoie ", enriched with palm branches. Rolled up counter-keyboard, chiselled with a palmette surrounded by volutes. Engraved triangular blade, golden and blued to the third. Leather scabbard with two cut-out brass trimmings, engraved with friezes and spider webs. Palmette clevis knob. A.B.E.
